Order a rhino rack from these guys. Product was ready on truck to be delivered next day. I discovered that the RR was not suitable for my car and the guys went out of their way to cancel the delivery. Going to refund my money. This could have been a disaster. They didn't have to help the way they did. Thanks heaps guys.I will back back to buy more from these guys
Ordered a roof box and their system estimated delivery cost (express) which I paid for. A couple of days later of not getting an update on order I enquired with them. They wanted me to PAY MORE for shipping as apparently my metro address isn't metro enough for them. They claim Australia wide shipping. Refunded but wasted my time. Don't bother buying big items if not in their state. You will probably get upcharged.

Bad customer support when I needed help. Also they signed me up to their marketing list when I did not opt-in.
