update::::: i was completly refunded my money therefor i would like to say at least they did the right thing! i was charged $35 an hour per man (2 men) plus $2 per mile travel fee ( from orrville ohio to dalton ohio) after an hour of checking my breaker box, outside breaker and water heater, i got no reasonable answer to why my electric keeps turning on and off. half the time i swear most of the time was wasted standing around questioning what could be wrong, or why things were doing what they were doing. now like i said, no... read more
They have come out numerous times even when it was 30 below windchill factor and redid my heat tapes on my house trailer so our family could have water and not let the pipes freeze. I would do business with them again!
