I have not had a problem with this practice for years.Until one very rude receptionist was nasty to me in front of my daughter.Gladly she has now gone and the new girl is polite and professional.
Tried to get an appointment today first available is in four weeks ! Very disappointed going to the pharmacy now for some advice
Beyond awful. Some of the receptionists are helpful but largely they're rude, offensive and quick to put the phone down at the slightest provocation. If a doctor doesn't update the records and you are then left without essential medication they refuse to help and start talking down to you, if the doctor's don't perform their duties and you're left with permanent injuries because of their incompetence they refuse to take responsibility, if your sick note goes missing reception will blame the doctor, the doctor will blame rece... read more
