Very polite but thats it!!! AAA towed my truck to Weaver tire and they stayed late to receive it they where very polite and helpful through out my experience with them. Good attitudes is all they have at Weavers. Shortly after I left my truck in their care I heard about their reputation of price gauging and poor workmanship. They fixed my bad fuel pump and changed my oil. Now my fuel gauge reads empty with a full tank and at a quarter tank. Every now and again it will read whatever it wants. Bad customer service I purchased four new tires from them and eight day later they put a 75 dollar rebate on them so I went back and asked the guy behind the counter who sold me the tires, why he did not tell me about the rebate when he sold them to me and he laughed and said that he forgot and that he told several people but forgot to tell me and continued to laugh.I said that he will never see me here again and he give me a sarcastic apology and did not offer to do anything to get my rebate.I will go back and get my free s... read more
Fast, friendly service Before buying new tires for my car, I called around and Weaver Tire & Alignment had the best prices and the best selection for the size I needed. They were also friendly, and when I took the car back into get the tires rotated, it didn't take very long.
Weaver Tire & Alignment is no longer recommended by me We used to go to weavers and told many friends and family, however we no longer go there, because it seemed as if we and others were being told that unnecessary work needed completed and the final bill was way higher then expected. The front desk person changed and it didn't seem to be a trustworthly place any longer.
So if you want to be charged $1100 for a parking brake repair and pay for 4 alignments when you only received 1, then this is the place to go. You’ll be welcomed by one of the owners with, “I’ll gladly put the old tires back on” whenever you question the bill. Then when they realize they were unsuccessful with trying to fool you, they’ll claim that it was a mistake and that mistakes happen. since we have moved to Shippensburg Weavers is the only place that I trusted touch my vehicles. They have worked on two of my cars. One of them with needed a ton of work but they were able to get us in and out, and I just had them work on my Acura. and I called and the next day my vehicle was finished. they are always amazing with their service and customer service is amazing. They are always so friendly and I appreciate the service and the employees hard work and dedication.
