Phenomenal attorney. Tom successfully guided me through a tense and rather public ordeal. He’s smart, knowledgeable and aggressive when necessary. He’ll also call you on your crap when needed and he only has his client’s best interests in mind. I hope to never need a criminal defense attorney again but if I did, I’d call Tom.
This man caused my Brother and his best friend 10 years of their lives, he brought up in court about an incident that the Judge told him not bring up. Because Tom’s incompetency, the Judge ruled a mis-trial and when the Jury was polled, they unanimously rendered a not guilty verdict! These 18 year old boys spent 10 years in jail. Tom did a great job?
This man has a no nonsense approach. I’m inclined to believe in him, as his employees fervently do. I anxiously await to post more details as one’s own case progresses. 9/8/23....case has progressed to the most favorable outcome possible, have avoided a life sentence, been given an opportunity to do diversion court instead. I applaud Counselor Weaver, and his team. Michael hambleton.
