Customer service is not the best. Kind of jump down your throat about asking the $$ for rental costs. They failed to tell me about the damage waiver fee + the taxes involved and those combined amounted to an additional 20%. Twenty percent is a considerable amount on a ticket. When I called to ask about the additional fee's (I was not expecting to pay 20% more than I was quoted), I was pretty much told to call my state government to talk to them about taxes. This is a great service to have in town for all the oddball rentals on equipment that you only need to use once. Prices are fair. However, I attempted to pick up a piece of equipment that was reserved two days prior and it was not available. The owner's employees were using the equipment the previous day and did not return it. The owner did pick up the equipment himself and dropped it off on a Saturday. It did cost me an hour of waiting to pick up the plate compactor I reserved. Rude over the phone, worse in person. Terrible customer service end to end. Equipment was dirty and not properly maintained. If I need one again I’ll go buy my own.
