poor customer relations Office Managers need to work better with the PAITENTS (a person who is under Medical care or treatment) We are not just a payment/pay check. It seems all they do is worry about being right. I guess they need to pay for the new building some how!! . After checking with the office manager about work that did not need to be done right away she advised me it was covered under our insurance.
