I called several places to discuss a vision I had for a headstone for my parents. Melissa's approach from the very beginning was nothing but professional and she was always responsive. When I decided to select my headstone I searched local providers and found a design I liked on the Weaver website. I called and made an appointment in Downingtown with Melissa. The meeting was relaxed and very informative, she walked me through the entire process and I ordered my memorial that day. I'm reading these positive reviews and wonder WHY.. these people.. got what they paid for? Me? Two years and WAITING. Like the countless OTHERS who went to a different business and got shafted (PAID, waiting and have been stonewalled). What makes THIS business.. different?! They all have to order the markers. It's confounding.
Melissa is great! I walked in not knowing what to expect, as I had a really horrible experience someplace else. But working with Melissa made the experience something positive (even when it's hard to imagine a time like this could be positive) Her years of experience help you better understand and envision the end result that be will be a forever piece. I probably even walked out with a smile knowing that what will soon become reality, my beloved Spouse would be proud of.
Melissa was a great help.I went to see her at least three times to have a design change for my sons memorial. She was very kind and I never felt rushed.The stone turned out beautiful.
