I called several places to discuss a vision I had for a headstone for my parents. Melissa's approach from the very beginning was nothing but professional and she was always responsive. Melissa made me feel the most comfortable moving forward with Weaver memorials and I am so glad we did. When I decided to select my headstone I searched local providers and found a design I liked on the Weaver website. I called and made an appointment in Downingtown with Melissa. The meeting was relaxed and very informative, she walked me through the entire process and I ordered my memorial that day. During the design and manufacturing process there were some minor changes and Melissa handled every step personally, truly a single point of contact. Melissa is great! I walked in not knowing what to expect, as I had a really horrible experience someplace else. But working with Melissa made the experience something positive (even when it's hard to imagine a time like this could be positive) Her years of experience help you better understand and envision the end result that be will be a forever piece. I probably even walked out with a smile knowing that what will soon become reality, my beloved Spouse would be proud of.

I met with Melissa on two occasions to finalize a quality marker for my sister's resting place at a local church. She was very cordial and professional in our conversation. She helped me find a memorial marker that was to my taste yet would fit in nicely with ones in the family plot. I am very pleased with what it will look like for years.

I was being bombarded by mail from memorial companies after my husband died. I was driving down 322 and stopped into Weaver Memorial spontaneously. The lady there couldn’t have been nicer. I wish I remembered her name. She was patient, very knowledgeable about her products. She helped when I had questions but gave me space to walk around and make my choice.
