Called to see if they could help me with a DEUTZ engine that we needed parts for and if they could help with technical information for the engine as well since we are a tech.school for 11th and 12th graders. They said that they could get the parts and could get me the information we needed (tune up and torqued specs.) Picked up the parts today and was told after paying for the parts that they were not a DEUTZ engine dealer and they could not get me the technical information we needed.
