Buyer Beware!!! Make sure if you purchase a home from Weaver Homes, you get an inspection before you close. Have all issues resolved before you sign on the dotted line. Also, make sure your lot does not have drainage issues, and your microwave is vented properly. Microwave will blow steam up the front of your cabinets and cause major damage.
