Nothing is quality. Electrical circuits short circuited before the closing on the house was completed. They repair one thing only to break something else. Paint splatter on all the baseboards and floors. Pencil marks on everything, obviously no one took any pride in these construction homes and it shows. Besides the leaking roof and moldy bathrooms, I really can't say anything good, just total incompetence from the people they hire to build the homes
This is the worse builder I have experienced this is my third new build my house has had so many issues from the beginning starting with no keys for 2weeks hot water heater not working, paying $900 for blinds that had missing parts . Fire place that was not wired resulting in cutting into the wall to find that no wire was there the wrong gas logs which were just thrown in the fire place resulting in being replaced (not by weaver homes )with the right ones. After spending a month in my new Weaver Home, I can say i'm thrilled! The attractive, country neighborhood is outlined with trees, & the homes are a good distance apart. The home is beautiful! The interior & exterior finishes are current & classic. There is plenty of storage. The process was relatively pain-free. Any issues during construction were resolved. We just moved into our new home built by weaver homes. They worked back and forth with us for a long time do to crazy COVID making the prices of metals skyrocket. We finally started construction and the process was very easy. They were very responsive to question we had during the construction process. I would definitely recommend Weaver Homes if you atr looking a builder.
