Horrible. They have really changed since they were bought out. Understaffed, too expensive, and frankly don't see to care about the patient.
Even with insurance, my exam bill was over $200, I did get two of the recommended test done but the price for those was only $85 (combined). Also, I had to wait 6 WEEKS for my contacts to come in. Ridiculous amount of time considering I spent another $200 for those. When I called in to inquire about my contact order, the receptionist said “sure I’ll look up your order, they may have gotten lost in the merger” or something along those lines. I’ll be going elsewhere next year.
