The ladies in the office were very pleasant and easy to talk to. They were very knowledgeable about the bugs around my house and what to expect when the technician called. When the technician came out he was very professional and took care of the issue with boxelder bugs. As a result of the treatment I will continue to use Weaver Exterminating service for all my pests problems
I’ve never had a business tell me that they would charge me extra for a “consultation” vs. a verbal estimate, if I wanted a written quote for services that I had initially requested an estimate for. The woman I spoke with last week was very rude, and when I called today to follow up, ready to sign up for services, I mentioned that to another staff member today that the woman last week seemed frustrated with me.
