After a water leak from our 15-year-old in roof ducted heating unit, a Brivis StarPro MAX HX30i, I organised quotes from 3 local plumbers and 3 heating and cooling dealers for a suitable replacement e.g. another Brivis or Braemar. Very easy to deal with, arrived and installed new heater on schedule with no fuss.
The salesperson I dealt with, Matt, visited my house and undertook a diligent inspection to understand the job we needed. He was a pleasure to deal with and it was a contrast from some other providers where you don’t know if they’re quoting you what’s best for you or what’s best for their bottom line.
