The Weatherwall product is fantastic. We have had it in our sunroom for 20 years without fading or leakage. Their after sales help is very good. Our dogs made a mess of one our door windows last year. We were able to get that fixed up today. Thanks to the Aylmer team. Amazing service!
Purchased six window units and a door. Five of the six windows came with multiple damaged areas (provided pictures). WeatherWall agreed to send out new material and provide compensation for us having to have our contractor come out to replace the damaged units. That was three months ago and still haven'y received the comp that was agreed upon. With the poor quality control and clearly the lack of customer service I would strongly look else where before purchasing. Ken Uxbridge
