We had a very bizarre situation where the sealant between our sliding door glass “melted.” See the attached photos. Working with Weathervane was an amazing experience. I called them and explained the situation and instead of wasting a visit, they asked if I could email some photos. They responded to the photos quickly and suggested the only real solution was to replace the double pane window and they provided an initial estimate. Did a good job but not cheap. Had to use the windows I had to keep everything matching. They did 2 in Sammamish. Yes I would use them again.
We needed to replace a window on the ground floor of our property and Beau did a great job. Communication was prompt, pricing was reasonable, the job was done professionally, and our timeline requirements were met. Beau is very professional but also a warm and pleasant person to work with. I would highly recommend him.
