Nice neighborhood, I've reached out on several occasions to get information on properties shown online rent or purchase and no one has bothered to contact me. Poor service in getting back to me.
Is sad I have to leave a ONE STAR , but the homes are lovely. It’s the customer service and the lack of communication that comes from the leasing office. I’ve called and left multiple voicemails about a roofing issue and still haven’t heard anything back! I’ve called for 3 days straight and left 3 voicemails . The rental now has water damage due to hole in the roof and it’s leaking into the master bed room maybe someone will see this and avoids place !
Nice trailor park home area. Very nice homes back there, pleasantly surprised.
