Is sad I have to leave a ONE STAR , but the homes are lovely. It’s the customer service and the lack of communication that comes from the leasing office. I’ve called and left multiple voicemails about a roofing issue and still haven’t heard anything back! I’ve called for 3 days straight and left 3 voicemails . The rental now has water damage due to hole in the roof and it’s leaking into the master bed room maybe someone will see this and avoids place !
Nice trailor park home area. Very nice homes back there, pleasantly surprised.
My wife and I have made a decision to move here . The place seems quiet , the neighbors seem nice and it appears to be well kept. Tired of nonsense and looking forward to moving in. Lots of great reviews and sone bad reviews . My experience so far has been ok with no issues nor anything outstanding. Wish us luck, we're looking forward to living here and I ABSOLUTELY will update this review if my experience is less then perfect or if it exceeds my expectations.
