Place is hole. They wouldn't even work with my dying father when he was 40 dollars short on lot fee. We bought brand new and had to have the leaking roof and windows fixed at least 30 times, i still have the work orders. They still leaked 10 years later. The subdivision floods. Riff raff broke a window on our house and broke into our cars. Police are never present. The lights on the grounds rarely work. People who dont live there come fish. Goose poop all over.
