I cannot say enough wonderful things about working with Cassandra. We needed our home back for our growing family which resulted in a very disgruntled tenant. Cassandra is amazing. I have never seen a professional go out of their way to do the best job possible for their clients. She is meticulous, ensures every T is crossed and every I is dotted before she writes a letter to an offending party or submits documents to the landlord and tenant board. She reviews everything, questions everything, educates her clients as to due and fair process. I could never she her losing in a court of law or a tribunal.
