Please stay away from this company. Chris **** is very nice to talk to when he comes to you to ask for your business. He will promise you for good work and give one year warranty for his work. PLEASE DO NOT BELIEVE A WORD HE SAYS. I trusted him and let him do the roof of my home. After sometime he changed the roof, roof stated to leak. I called him many times and left messages. He picked up my phone once and told me that he would call me back in a little bit. I never heard back from him and he switched off his phone. I left ... read more

I did go out to look at the homeowners concern and the pipe jack where he said the leak was and the pipe jack was installed correctly. The area of the leak was old preexisting from before the roof was installed. I know this because we replaced the wood in that area. I explained this to the home owner but he didn't want to believe me. There's nothing I could do to fix a problem that's not there . The problem was fixed when the roof was installed
Started off ok. Chris was smooth; knew the exact storm dates, insurance process, etc. He ensured us we'd be satisfied and could trust his siding expertise and results. He convinced us he was superior to his competitors who were also working our neighborhood. We subsequently trusted him enough to hire him to re-side both of our homes, and to also do extra, non-insured work replacing shutters and garage door aluminum wrap. This is all false. I didn't skip the wood corners to cut costs. I gave him the choice to leave them on or take them off. He chose to leave them on and I priced the job accordingly. I did count wrong on the shutters and made a mistake. Im human but ZI did order another shutter and installed it . the price was based on the miss count of shutters .
