The crew was professional and efficient in remediating my crawl space however communication from the sales person was problematic. He showed up an hour early while I was still engaged in another meeting which meant I was unable to talk with him about the project. While he was quick to respond and helpful until he completed the sale he then was essentially unavailable. The project took 5 days with crew showing up at various times. Schedule unknown to me.
