I set an appointment 2 weeks in advance and then I got a text 15 minutes before that said they cancelled the appointment. When I called back, Mike said they have too many no shows so if you don't respond to the text I received 2 hours earlier, they cancel. They went through untold agony w our unreasonable, angry, impossible landlord’s contractor requirements. When the approval was finally granted they did a fast, professional clean job installing our new mobile home windows. Workmen were nice to work with. We love our new windows. What a great job Weathersby did for us! We got new front windows, a front door and back patio door. Quick estimate and normal amount of time turnaround for a job like this. When the wrong back patio door was delivered by the manufacturer, they installed it for us so we could have something while we waited for the right one to come in. While the manufacturer was slow getting it to us, Weathersby continued to follow up with them until we got it. Installation was done very nicely.
