Never did the work never communicated with me
This place stays busy year round! The crew did a fine job of installing new sliding door, new double pane windows, and an enlarged picture window custom designed to our specs. I agree with other reviews regarding responsiveness, it's definitely worth the patience and the wait, just expect to follow up as part of the Taos way of doing business for many small owner run businesses here. Two years on, I am quite happy with the results, would definitely purchase with this company again.
I called a couple weeks ago looking to order a screen door. A young woman answered the phone who was not helpful with my questions and sounded as though she was on drugs. She took my phone number and said someone would call me back, but I've yet to hear from anyone.
