11-5-2024 I made an appointment with Alisa. They sent in Lucy. Lucy did a good job until they pulled Lucy to work on another client and sent in La La. There was dead time while they made the switch. They can't let the client know what is going on because they don't speak much English. La La wasn't as good as Lucy and the both were not as good as Alisa. I came here about a month ago to get a massage, and it was an awful experience. The therapist was on his phone/leaving the room the entire time. He was out of the room more than he was doing the massage. I went to pay to leave and their card machine was not working, so they asked me if I had cash. I didn’t, and I said I would grab some. Very bad I was uncomfortable the whole time door wide open while a guy watching 2 girls not ok!
Got a 90 minute massage. I’m a 39 year old dude, first responder, and meathead. The gym is where I work all my frustrations out. I’m pretty rough on my body but don’t do much to recover. I’ve been having some gnarly shoulder pain/tightness. I had no idea how many knots I had in my muscles and I could feel her working all of them out, especially in the right upper bs m/trapezius area. I think I will become a regular here.
They switched the people giving massages. I started off with a male and he left and I got a female. They should tell you they are switching. Shouldn't leave in the middle of a massage. Just saying.
