If you’re having what appears to be foundational issues, I highly recommend giving Day Structures a call. As foundation repairs can be extremely costly and the process of finding a contractor to address said issues can be difficult, especially when the recommended fixes range from $5K - $25K (what I experienced after getting 4 estimates). Additionally, the contractors providing these fix recommendations/estimates aren’t structural engineers and they may be incentivized to sell you on fixes that aren’t necessarily needed.
