I have no problem with service provided. I do have a problem being double billed for a single procedure. I was charged for two anesthesiologists for a simple 1 hour outpatient surgery. When I contacted their office I was told it is just their policy to charge for an anesthesiologists and a nurse practitioner (evidently whether its needed or not)! Both are charged at the same rate.There was just one Surgeon, just saying

the billing department, no service , don't answer the phone, and won't call you back, double bill you too.
I disagree with only one star. I have had many back procedures done here and everyone has always been great in every way possible. I have never had a problem with the billing company either. I’m sorry for the lady having the problem, but from my experience... I give them 5 stars. Clean, comfortable, and informative.
My husband and I have no problem with the service provided by the physician during his recent surgical procedure. My issue is with their billing company who has billed us for the discounted amount agreed to with the insurance company. I was on hold for 10 minutes before getting to a live person when I called the billing company. After I told her what my problem was I was put on hold for another 4 minutes then was told it would be forwarded for review. Totally unacceptable.
