Was very happy to find Eternal Saunas. They were very helpful discussing options and details prior to building it to make sure the sauna was what we wanted. The end result is great and we are very happy with it!
We have had such an incredible experience with Eternal Saunas and Structures. Everything from the custom planning and the little add ons to the delivery and set up of our sauna. We were not even fully set up and we had neighbours and friends stopping in to see what the piece of art work was. If you’re looking for that custom, personable build… this is the place. I simply have not had such incredible service and quality from any other builder before.
Bart was excellent to deal with. He took many evenings of our phone calls and texts to make sure everything we wanted in the sauna build was customized to our liking. Both Bart and Don we extremely professional when it came time for delivery they were professional and courteous. I have done a lot of research into custom builders in Southern Alberta and Bart was the easiest and most responsive to our questions. 10/10 i would not hesitate to use him for another sauna build.
