I contacted Weathercraft Roofing earlier this year, 2025, after noticed some shingles may have come loose on the roof. After I called they sent one of their reps, Fletcher Jones, out to take a look. Fletcher told me that he could tack down the loose shingle for me at no charge. He also informed me that my roof had quite a bit of hail damage and he could give me a free estimate as to the damage. From start to finish working with weathercraft was excellent. First we got a free estimate. Then one of their reps Fletcher Jones came to our house and walked us through all of insurance paperwork and showed us what money we were getting and how everything broke down which really helped alleviate concerns my wife had that this was going to cost a lot out of pocket.
