My husband and I traveled from Idaho to an estate sale in Vale Oregon. Our sole purpose for the trip was to purchase one of the tractors that were available for sale. The sale began at 9:00 am and at 9:02 we had the tractor marked "sold". Shortly after that Mr Weatherby came by and bought the tractor out from under us.
