“Maintenance” won’t asses anything right the first time, or if they do, it’s a crapshoot as to whether or not they can even fix it properly. Don’t expect them to be prompt on repairs either as I’m told my ac has to wait till Monday to be fixed since “the owners don’t want to pay for any overtime” so they’re ok collecting your money and leaving you with ac coils that freeze over, just to save a dollar!

Was a bad choice to live. All mantiance crew was rude and never followed threw for years. Lived with mold, and broken appliances. Had to paint and replace issues myself. No show, always waiting nothing got fixed. And I believe that it's a racist matter. And for people whom pay on time. It was not fair how we were treated. Not a good place to live. I give no stars.
