Connor has done a free survey on our house for damp proofing and condensation control, really professional and all services clearly explained and delivered.
I had some rising damp on internal wall,wasn't sure why so booked a free survey. Surveyor was super knowledgeable and diagnosed the issue straight away and gave us some options to rectify. Approved the quote,paid the deposit and they came back a few days later as arranged to carry out the work. The guys did an amazing job, we're polite and quick and tidied up. Connor came to complete a free damp proof survey at our home in Nottingham. He was really friendly (even when our little boy gave him endless toys and books to play with) and helpful. He explained everything clearly and talked through our concerns and the solutions for our home. He explained our quote and wasn't pushy when we explained that we would probably complete the improvements in small steps rather than all at once.
