Contracted my home in 2012 and was very impressed with Jim. I paid over appraisal as I added items that increased price but not the appraisal. After occupying the home I noticed that water was running down an outside wall and appeared to be running between the stucco and plastic sheeting. Notified Jim and after some trial an error it was fixed. Next came stucco cracking. I notified Jim and he had his contractor repair the visible damaged areas.
