I have recently upgraded my furnace and air conditioner. After having five separate companies out to quote on this project, I felt most comfortable with Weather Tech. Steve, the owner came out to provide me sound advice of exactly what I need. His quote was in line with all the other companies. Nick, Josh, Luke, and Sam came right on time to do the installation. Last year Weather Tech installed a heat pump for us. When the cold weather hit there seemed to be an issue with our thermostat as well as a unique furnace circuit board so they replaced both at no charge. When this didn’t solve the problem they ran new thermostat wiring through the walls. This finally solved our problem. Luke came out and diagnosed my furnace problem and I have to say he was extremely professional, pleasant,honest and informative. He definitely helped me out a great deal. Not to mention he arrived at my home very quickly on a very cold day. I will definitely be calling weather tec and recommending this company in the future for any issues that may arise. I called Weather Tech at 1 AM when my heat stopped working in the middle of winter. They responded quickly, arrived promptly, and had the new part installed later that morning. The service was excellent, and the pricing was reasonable. Highly recommend!
I have nothing but great things to say about the technician Nick. He knows his stuff! He has fixed my old furnace twice and also my hot water heater. I feel confident in the work he has done in my home. He is also kind and respectful. They are lucky to have such a great employee.
