Saw several social media posts about energy efficient rebate programs for doors & windows. I emailed Weather Pro Windows & Doors very shortly after received a call from Alex one of their sales reps. We arranged an appointment date & he drove an hour out of wpg to meet with me. I was replacing 6 windows in a 40+ yr old year round cottage which is my primary residence. The installer came early at our house. They were very respectful, knowledgeable and professional in what they do. The window and door installed are all in good quality and are all made of PVC. I recommended them to my co-worker who is planning to have their door replaced. I am happy with their services.
Happy customer here! I had 10 windows done by weatherpro this summer. From the sales rep Vlad, to billing, and all the unnamed installation crew, there was not a person or step along the way that didn't go well. Vlad was the most respectful of all the companies I had come do estimates for new windows. He was courteous, kind to my animals, brought a mini full test window in for demonstration. Had two brothers install my 3 windows. They were efficient, polite, experienced and cleaned up after installing the windows. My windows look great!
The installers arrived at the time we agreed on. I had 5 windows installed. All installed in about 4 hours. They did a good job and cleaned up afterwards. My wife & I were very happy. A job well done!! My salesperson, Vald, was very professional & polite. The price was very reasonable compared to other companies. He addressed all of my questions and concerns. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking to get new windows.
