Edited post - we had issue with our door and outside trim. While customer service was slow to move at first, the General Manager has been extremely responsive. I am happy to report that a resolution is in the works.

I'be been a customer at Weather King on and off for about 30 years. I can say without hesitation that they are the least customer oriented company that I've done business with over those years. Recently I placed an order for a door window that incidentally was a product of theirs that failed. Of course this was NOT covered under warranty and I had to purchase another since they would not cover it. I have ordered a couple of custom made windows to finish the project of my basement, while they said it will take 2-3 weeks now it's 4-5 weeks and there is some rain that damage my finished basement I called numerous times starting the end of the 3rd week I thought they will deliver on time, SMH ! Still not ready and haven't seen the quality yet ... If I was smart I would cancel the order and order it from somewhere else that will take 2 weeks .. But when you get dragging again and again that's what happen ?????

Installed about 20 years ago, wish we had chosen a better window company! Replaced 3 weather king windows already and need to replace others...very disappointed in weather king windows!

This has been a horrible experience! Our brand new sliding glass door leaks water when it rains (not even hard rain). The local representative from Weather King has been to our home 3 times to look at it. We have sent pictures as well as a video to him of the water coming in. They brought new door panels because the first panels were not square. The second door panels still leak. The rep's most recent solution for the problem was was to bring a small tube of boat and RV sealant and told my husband to use this on the door. No... read more

My husband has been installing windows for nearly 40 years. He has installed many different kinds types & brands. He stands behind Weatherking 100% and has even refused to install other brands these days. People do not understand that many of their problems are not always the product but most always the installer. We have had very little problems with the Weatherking product and when we do, Weatherking has ALWAYS stood behind their product and fixed and/or replaced it.
