I'be been a customer at Weather King on and off for about 30 years. I can say without hesitation that they are the least customer oriented company that I've done business with over those years. Recently I placed an order for a door window that incidentally was a product of theirs that failed. Of course this was NOT covered under warranty and I had to purchase another since they would not cover it.
