As far as the company is concerned they honor and back up the work of the people who they hire to actually put your roof on. After the roof was completed their own Company man in specter the work and they told us it was not acceptable, and they made the installers do the roof over again,this time we were not satisfied and they sent a new group of roofers and being it was a third roof by them and a 5th. roof on my home they agreed to strip off all of the decking and replaced it with new plywood at no extra cost.
