This is an awesome organization. I’ve called on Weatherguard for help three times over 7 years and they exceeded my expectations every time. The most recent was this week. Doug answered the phone when I called and he let me know they are very busy but he would get someone out in a week. I got a confirming call the day before the scheduled appointment and Jim showed up right on time. I expected an expensive replacement of 2 hurricane shutters. Called there many times and stopped there and all we was told someone would call us or stop by. Haven’t heard from any of them very poor customer relations.
