A woman called today to confirm my appointment almost a week later. When I asked could they give me a half hour heads-up before they came out she proceeded to give me a long story about quote on quote "my boys" being on the other calls and may not have the time to do that she told me that if I didn't like it I can call Duke back and have them send someone else out.
