Waited nearly 30 minutes for a bus for an important doctors appointment i needed to go to. just to be told i couldn't get on because the card machine was broken and i didn't have cash on me as most payments are handled by card now. Wasn't given a chance to use the bank for 1 minute to draw some cash out so wasted my time and had to cancel the appointment.
Yet another very late bus means a missed onward connection. This bus service cannot be trusted
