Wearbands are a tremendously useful tool for fitness, athletic development, and corrective exercise. For sheer portability and the added intensity to the training alone they're a standout product. I HIGHLY recommend for any coach or athlete.
As a life long competitive athlete I have had terrific results with WearBands, especially following an ACL/LCL reconstruction 7 months ago. WearBands decreased my rehab time from 9 months to 7 months regarding impact sports. I used them for virtually any activity I was doing.
