Terrible experience investing with Aashish and Alex. Like others have mentioned, they were super responsive and used salesman type tactics to lure investors in for multifamily syndications. All the investments were operated by GVA, a well known but substandard player in the industry. They did 0 due diligence on the company personnel including people like Alan Stalcup who has lawsuits galore under his name for fraud. When rates started to rise back in 2022 I tried to contact Alex several times concerned about the investment I had made. After several attempts I ended up having to schedule a meeting with Ashish and Benoit Rochard with GVA. They lost all my investments because they didn't do the due diligence against GVA CEO, who has defrauded the Department of Defense a few years back, and faced jail time. Wealthy Mind Investments misrepresented the company assets and their personal investments in this deal. GVA mismanaged these assets and caused a significant drop in occupancy across various assets in high demand locations. Issues with WMI and GVA: 1. Scam artists! Beware. I lost nearly 6 figures to these snake oil salesmen. They invested my money in a multi-unit property in Austin, TX and then claimed that the property went bankrupt!! Lost ALL my investment. Will be taking them to court.
