I was assigned to Jeff Schmidt who is an agent for hub international. He was the worst agent I have ever worked with trying to obtain insurance. He cancelled my policy & would not help me with the money I put down to get a refund. I repeatedly asked him why he didn’t apply my funds to the policy in order for it not to cancel, which he did not do & couldn’t reply. I still haven’t been refunded & he won’t assist me said it’s someone else’s responsibility. Absolutely no help & very rude.

My insurance agency was bought out by Hub a few years ago. Since then I have been assigned a new agent several times. I recently received a 37% increase on my Auto policy and 21% increase on my Home policy. I had to make a couple of calls to find out who my agent is so I could discuss other options. this company employs a con artist and schemer. Michael Ginzl ,Client Executive, ordered a jacket from me online. after the product was sent out, he started threatening me and asking for my money back. I returned the money and explained that in this case the product must be returned. but the gentleman replied that he had not seen any products and threatened me again not to write to him again. I have a tracking code based on which it can be seen that the gentleman has received the product. my last letter has not been answered.... read more
