Stay well clear of these leads. They are people online just trying to see how much they can borrow and not expecting a call from a broker. Brokers have great deal of regulation but appears none in lead generation space. Good lesson learned from business perspective.
Good and easy to deal with, possibly quite efficient too but NOT effective at all!! I got leads where there are people at 95%LVR wants to refinance, or no deposit but wants to buy a house. Few didn't pick up at all. Total waste of money.
Customer service is horrendous, they are ok until they get your money and then they are unresponsive, until you say you want your money back. Even after that they promise to call you back and you never hear from them. Dont trust these guys, not only are they bad at running a business, their leads are rubbish, on a couple of leads (out of 10) the phone numbers dont connect to a real number...
