wish I could give this zero stars. This bank is continuously blocking my transactions, even after calling & them confirming any blocks have been lifted- when I try again I encounter the same issue. There was one time I was trying to make a simple $5 transaction to update my address. I had already stopped keeping money in this account & anything that got deposited to it I would transfer to my CashApp. But for government websites you can't use "prepaid cards" like CashApp, PayPal, etc. So I transferred the amount needed to my ... read more
They completely left me stranded while abroad. They would not let me withdraw any money even after verifying my identity multiple times in multiple ways. Then the customer support agent hung on me when I asked if I could speak to someone else!
Horrible company
They allow other people to create an account fraudulently on your behalf. Complaint has been filed. Why is zero stars not an option?
