Can't get a person on the phone EVER!!!!
this disabled military veteran has been a very loyal customer for about a decade and our relationship has hit rock bottom. business must be booming, they don't answer the phone or reply to email. paid my credit card bill online this past tuesday and they haven't forwarded the funds, which i certainly had in my account. absolutely inexcusable for a bank operating in canada; zero stars, do yourself a huge favour and take your banking business elsewhere!!! worst.bank.ever.
