Andrew offered a variety of tools to help me in my quest for wellness. His personal training was tailored for my experience level, ability, and needs. He reintroduced me to some techniques I had previously learned, and helped bring me up to speed on modern methods. I highly recommend the stick mobility program. After the workout, his sports massage was just what I needed to help with recovery and improvement. WOW Fitness is a convenient one-stop-shop for just what your body needs!
What can I say? Andrew is the best trainer and massage therapist I have ever come across. I refuse to go anywhere else or have someone else work on me. Andrew listens really well to what my body needs. He knows how to push me to my limit.

He has worked patiently with me to improve my diet and my fitness Apart from personal training, his regular supplementary workouts have also been very helpful to stay motivated.
