I've heard really good things about this program. I need to lose weight to help me feel better. Since my husband passed away in 2015 I've been severely depressed and just stay in my room and don't want to socialize with anyone. I need to feel better about myself so I can become part of society again. I believe that this program is exactly what I need to get a jump start on my life!!!
