This is the WORST investment company i've ever had to deal with! ....First, they put MY money into a 401K plan, which i never asked for, then send me a statement saying they took all my money for expense activities and forfeitures. Then, when i call them to find out why, the 1st rep i spoke to said she didn't know who the hell AKT was!!! ...Wtf? .....So, i called back and spoke to a 2nd rep, who knew exactly who AKT was, because they acquired their accounts recently, and was able to pull up my account info and tell me why th... read more
