Asked for cut n polish, left polish in all door seals, bonnet and boot, missed places on roof and bonnet of actually cutting and polishing, didn't do door handles excuse was machine doesn't go there. I asked about using hand to polish where machine doesn't, got fobbed off, very disrespectful, wouldn't recommend them to anyone. They did offer to wash vehicle to get rid of wax still didn't get it all out and didn't wash car properly. Avoid at all costs
Car sat for 4 hours did not get touch, had a battle getting a refund...they said they will clean it quickly, yet I had paid for a mini detail...hmmm did not want to risk a quick wash. Rude attendant as well.
