I completely understand the reasons behind their low ratings.
I won't be coming back here. Maybe I caught them on a rough day because they were quite rude to me. I drove in excited to have my car washed and drove away feeling down.
Amazing job, the car looks like it just rolled off the assembly line
Beware coming here, i took my car here and the fabric on my room completely came undone and loose, they told me to bring it back which i did for them to just say that they are not responsible for that, even though it was completely fine right before i got it cleaned and it immediately cane undone leaving the car wash. No refund and no offer for help. I am out now getting the interior fixed.
They washed my car horribly. There was still dirt inside and outside the vehicle, and the quality of the work was very poor. I brought the car back several times, but they showed little interest in fixing the issues. It seemed they were more concerned about the tip box than customer satisfaction. Very disappointing experience.
