The staff is knowledgeable and kind. I have nothing bad to say about the practice it's self. The phone service leaves a lot to be desired, as calling for any reason at any time is a general problem. I assume they want you to use the text option, but I don't prefer that and have never used it. Perhaps there's better communication that way.
