I genuinely wanted to give this business 5 stars, but they did not deliver the service we paid for. Everything started off great. We contacted We the People because my mom needed a Quitclaim Deed prepared. Elena was very professional at the beginning. She provided the information we requested, and we agreed to the terms and fees. In mid‑June, we paid all fees and e‑signed the required documents. They forgot about my order for two months, and I had requested the preparation of the deed, they created documents for the wrong state. I asked them to correct it, but I still haven’t received any response. I would like a refund.

The worst service and experience we ever had . We paid them $650 to file our paperwork to stablish a company ,guess what they used a third party to do it ,and gave us a Bunche of blank paper . we had to do everything from scratch and pay again to file with secretary of state.

Very bad service. Still no results over 6 months till now. Called their office several times and I was told to to go to the registar office to follow up and obtain the deed. I would not recommend this service.At the beginning of their service,I was told they would handle everything but it never happened. I would give 0 STAR!

First rate assistance through my divorce. Elena and Jasmine were always quick to respond, assisted nicely with my document preparation, and were a pleasure to work with. Should I need additional legal document preparation I absolutely would use the Torrance office again.
